ABaC restaurant part 1
On our third evening I decided to have dinner at ABaC. The Restaurant was awarded with 3 stars in the 2018 Michelin Guide the first time.
The hotel is located at the foot of Mount Tibidabo. It may be a nice neighboorhood but I wouldn´t call the Location conveniant for sightseeing.
When we arrived we stood in front of a door and had to ring the bell. When we went in we were in a garden and made our way to the entrance.
What now came was one of the more unusual welcome-arrangements at a restaurant. We were asked to sit down and wait 5 or 10 minutes till our "experience" starts.
After some time of wait we were asked to follow one of the waiters to the kitchen. He showed us the kitchen and we got our first 3 courses.
Lime cactus, tequila and green leaves
Crunchy bread with spicy tomato sauce and basil
Galician salmon and cured egg yolk, trout eggs, soya butter and nori textures
