When I was with Salt, they refused to credit back those "ghost roaming" costs more often than they did.
When you work/travel near the border, you can easily get hit by it 10x during a month! And 40 CHF is something that eventually will make you changing the mobile phone company (to Swisscom, in my case)
NEVER had a single "ghost roaming" with Swisscom ever since the change.
