52 is definitely better. It's my row of choice now. Particularly as many seem to be learning that 53B and 53J are really not good places to be, which means that 52A and 52K can sometimes in effect have direct aisle access.

I concluded I would have rather been one row forward or more and put up with stepping over someone. Wasn’t as good as 64A/K on a 747 in terms of layout, though the A380 is much nicer to fly in other ways of course.
Thanks, some really useful tips here, we will stay put then in 52. CW is already a treat and vastly superior than the slums so I'm grateful to be anywhere really.
That said, I assume the front CW section is better than the rear section on the top deck? The rear section is completely open but I haven't ventured back there before.
