Unfortunately, no. The ticket counter at MSY is open 4am to 7pm Sunday through Friday and 4am through 5pm on Saturdays. Your best bet is to show up a day right before closing and see if they can check you in then. I don't know much about MSY, but there may not be much to do there if you go airside 12 hours before your flight.

Maybe there is some misunderstanding. Of course I do not want to stay overnight airside at MSY, I only want to check my baggage in, get my bp and save two hours of the night. Unfortunately, I have no AAdvantage card, no electronic ticket (but ATB ticket). Maybe I have to ask at the counters when arriving...
