Travelpro is also notorious for measuring the interior dimensions, excluding wheels. I left the brand a few years ago after the carry-on sizing changed with American and my bag kept getting forced into the sizer... it was as if the gate agents knew. Was recently looking at one as a larger "domestic" carry-on and noticed in reviews that some people were still having the same problem.
