I was scrolling through the "Your Global Services Benefits" section of the UA website, and came across this statement under "United Polaris Lounge":
--"United Global Services members are welcome to enter whenever traveling in United Polaris." I may be confused, but is this a benefit of GS? I thought traveling in Polaris, even if it is your very first UAL flight, allows one to use the Polaris Lounge ("Customers traveling in United Polaris business class or United Polaris first class on long-haul international flights may access the lounge before departure"). Does this mean that GS customers traveling in non-long-haul Polaris (whatever that is at this point in time from ORD) have access to the lounge? Given the fact that GS doesn't even get you UC access except when flying int'l premium cabins), I would be surprised if that is the case. Any thoughts? Typo? Giving the sleeve's off of one's vest? Am I confused or have I missed something (always a possibility)?
