Well, per the wikipost atop this thread, that may not be quite enough time:
3 calendar days would be sometime today, but you wouldn't be sure of that until tomorrow. Meanwhile, how long did it take before the Citi site showed "FULFILLED"? Maybe if Citi late in sending it, it takes even longer? (None of those previous data points documented when Citi showed "FULFILLED".)

And perhaps with an "imperfect" name match, it might take even longer than usual (even if it does perhaps end up working in the end)? Keep in mind that something "imperfect' may mean it has to wait for a human to get involved who wouldn't need get involved in "simple" cases.
