Appears that the hotel is now only accepting reservations for June 15, 2018 onwards. They use to accept reservations for April 1st onwards. I have a reservation for middle of April and after reaching out directly, they indicated that they will be cancelling the reservation but they can assist with alternative arrangements. No compensation, invitation to return, bonus points, etc.
Anyone else in the same position? This is less than 30 days out from our reservation and am a Globalist. Extremely disappointing to say the least.
I have a June 11 booking looks like I'll have to find alternative accomodations for. No notice from Hyatt yet for cancellations, I guess the longer they wait to cancel the more courtesy points I may get thrown my way.
