If your LHR-MAD is operated by IB then the Iberia desks are along the right side of the terminal as you walk along (after passport control) towards your next gate.
If it is operated by BA then the IB desks are just before flight connections, on the right, once you turn off the main walkway towards the centre of T4S.

That said, you will most likely receive all boarding passes at LHR.
