If it were me, I'd give this one to AA.

Starting in December, they'll be flying the 787 from LAX to EZE, which is arguably the most ideal routing and aircraft for your outbound from SFO.

As mentioned above, the odds of a UA gateway to EZE having true polaris by then are extremely low, but to say they're non-existent is statistically impossible.
