Depends where you are flying from, and to. Some airports have no online, or kiosk, check in for Norwegian. On separate bookings you will likely be seated apart, but you can ask nicely to be moved together at the check in desk or kiosk, if OLCI is not an option.

We found Norwegian to be very flexible when we had not paid to select seats.
