If someone can refresh my memory... If you head down the escalator from the lobby, you will end up at Nishi-Shinjinku Station. Is there signage or you'll just run in to it? After arriving at Nish-Shinjinku, is there signage back to the Hilton?
Can I buy a 24 hour pass there (cash only it appears)?
