I just called them about the issue of the 10% service charge not being included in the taxes column and instead being included in the room rate. Despite several successful claims in the past they won’t accept it even if the total amount with taxes is cheaper than SPG because it doesn’t explicitly say service charge is included in the room rate. This is a particular problem with Amoma, Galahotels etc. Very frustrating.
