With all the new restaurants in Detroit, I think this thread needs to be revived.

I had Sunday brunch with friends recently at Parks and Rec in the GAR building Except for a wait time of about 45 minutes, it was great. Friendly service and delicious food. If you go, the lemon meringue french toast is outstanding.
