No idea. I have never stayed in another hotel in Siem Reap . I wouldn't be surprised if the Grand Hôtel d'Angkor (now part of Accor, as it is affiliated to Raffles), the Victoria or the Park Hyatt have a lounge. Maybe also the nearby Méridien ?
