I just got off of the Spirit on Wednesday after that same itinerary. You'll have a great time, and the age thing shouldn't be a problem. From time to time you'll get a crewmember who just won't budget, so just be prepared that on occasion you'll have to find something else to do (either for the 20-year old or for the whole group). But I wouldn't worry too much, there's a ton of stuff going on around the clock.
