Thanks I went ahead and booked the Andaz. I'm not thrilled with the location, but the property itself I enjoy. Actually I noticed if I paid in cash the GH is currently $5 more than the Andaz for basic rooms which was surprising. It kinda blows my mind how much hotel rooms in Tokyo go for. Then again it makes my points collecting worthwhile.
