What an enormous, unsupported, OMNI-ish leap of logic! Delta IT certainly has its issues, and the OP's described complaint within the app is a problem, but DL's IRROPS handling is certainly the best in the US and in terms of automatic rebooking/protection might be the best in the world, at least when I've encountered delays. How many other airlines are as flexible with offering meaningful other options on their website, including throwing up dozens of city pairs, on their website for immediate rebooking? I'm not saying DL is perfect, but nobody's going to be when it comes to IRROPS handling.
