I have booked YYC-LHR in CW for $2000 and WT was $2600 over the Christmas season, booking 2 weeks before flying.

I have also flown a YVR-LHR segment where F was $2600 and CW was $3800. F it was! F on the days surrounding when I needed to fly was $9700, so I just got lucky.
