I think my last Op-Up to CW was when I first made BA Bronze (had been AA Plat/OWS and was switching) - greeted onboard, as well. Not expecting anything once I make Gold this month, but would be ideal for CIV score to reflect relative BA spend. That said, I'd never expect any sort of upgrade on BA.
