Next year Air Canada will announce details of its new Frequent Flier program - and their current reliance on Aeroplan (which they spun off for cash during one of their financial nosedives) will end in 2020. At that point, there might be a good *A alternative right next door, if you do more international than domestic USA flying. I'm certainly keeping an open mind on that possibility.
