The hotel is pretty full this week and into next due to Sakura/cherry blossom season, but again rooms available are volatile, so I'd just wait and see. This hotel is pretty good about clearing upgrades in advance if available so just keep an eye on your Hilton account. I checked in today and went from a King Deluxe to an Exec Level King which is basically the same room, it just saves me an elevator ride to/from the lounge. Since I'm diamond I'd have lounge access regardless.
