You need to look into booking classes and use Miles & More Mileage Calculator

No *need* for business class, I did FTL+SEN in 2017 with only one longhaul flight in C (HKG-MUC) - but it has been several trips to Asia (TYO,TPE,BLR)
and one to Canada - and some more intra-Europe (Y or C).
