Basically... any YMM outbound when guys are heading home post shift (particularly from dry camps) can be a pretty smelly flight. I've seen / known enough guys to get on pretty corked and/or get beyond corked on the flight.
I always recall the signs at the bar in the YMM terminal containing warnings re presenting inebriated for boarding. I've never seen that anywhere else. Not to mention the guys in the YYZ MLL once filling their thermos flasks etc with wine - it was around the time of day for the YMM departure....

But having said that, asking for two drinks in Y will often be met with a negative response. I have no idea where the line is or who decides where to draw it.
