Just finished our 5 night stay using our MR points. Overall fantastic hotel! Everything was immaculate being a new hotel. Walking around you saw people customers cleaning and working hard on their property. Everyone from the doorman, bellman, concierge, front desk, waiters, housekeeping and pool man were absolutely FANTASTIC! So friendly, smiling, wanting to help.

We tried the breakfast buffet as well as the Saturday night surf and turf buffet. 140k, 190k respectively. The breakfast buffet did look and taste great. I had just finished a very long day of travel and was exhausted so I feel I didn't quite get to enjoy everything, but it was lovely. Well worth it if part of booking and also worth trying if paying. The surf and turf night was also great. Lots of options, shrimp, mussles, clams, salad, sushi, sides, desserts, chicken, beef, fish.... All very good, but I was excited about the turf aspect and must say I was let down. Not a beef selection in the traditional sense of a western surf and turf menu. But well worth the visit no the less. All cooks and waiters so friendly and happy to help.

The pool is gorgeous, although. Pool hours are 6am to 6pm, not good hours. We really didn't get to enjoy it because of the hours. We would be out all day experiencing the day and then wouldn't get back till 6 or 7, too late for the pool. Actually quite a big let down. Also the large whirlpool was not working. One day only bubbles no heat, next day no bubbles and no heat. Again a big let down as my wife and I love a hot tub. Also, the pool bar, restaurant and outside services were not open at all during our stay.

The room was fantastic and was also ready for us at 9 am as I had requested an early check in. Large window, refrigerator, water kettle, shower was great, bathroom was great, housekeeping was AMAZING and brought us anything we needed. I might just suggest and extra chair as there is only one in the room.

Overall a great stay and would most certainly recommend this property. If for nothing else because of the wonderful staff, truley great people!
