I'm trying to get a status match on Delta. They ask for a copy of my card and a statement. The card I had, but I have not received a statement from United in years (just online). So I sent them a screen shot of the "View Premier Progress" page with "Previous year" selected, which shows that I flew 75K miles in 2017. But I got a response saying "We are unable to accept this document as proof of your airline status. We require a statement and card, and they must show that you have earned your status for the 2018 program year. We do not match complimentary or status that has been received as a result of a promotion. " I'm not sure what I can send that will satisfy them.

Has anyone gotten a Delta match lately, and if so, what did you send them???
