In theory, yes, these shuttles are there to provide solo trips to a nearby restaurant, office, etc. In practice, check in advance with the hotel and again upon arrival. You might hear:

  • "We don't offer custom shuttle service anymore, just airport trips."
  • "Our one driver is 100% busy with airport runs all morning/evening."
  • "The shuttle only goes to the mall and back."
  • "That location is outside of our complimentary area."
