I totally agree with Happy. Hong Kong is as modern as any city in the world and as cosmopolitan. Also agree you don't need a driver in HK unless money is no object. An Octopus pass will get you here and there quickly and in comfort, for the most part. Besides, the fun of HK is walking around, people watching and dropping into any store that strikes your fancy.
