If you are in the mood for prime rib, instead of steak, try the Cortez Room at the Gold Coast. $10 will get you an entire meal, and the prime rib is 1st rate.

Also a lot quiter than most places. ^

Addendum: I think Prime is way overpriced. We enjoyed our meal, but $48 for a small filet (nothing special) is ridiculous, as are the $12 drinks. Only worth dining here if you can snag one of the 4 tables overlooking the Bellagio fountains. Service was beyond superb, if that is important to you, but the food was not special.

We had a great experience at Del Frisco's last year. However, the reservations policy can be problematic.
