Compensation for what? No travel insurance will pay for the inconvenience caused, but if you incurred any (relevant) expenses due to delay you might get reimbursed.

Outside the EU there is no scheme for getting compensation for delay. EU Reg. 261/04 does not apply in your situation as CX is not an EU carrier and your flights are not FROM EU.
