Perhaps it might be fair to compare FS and Pen when the FS Hong Kong opens next year?? I wonder if the renovations at the Pen are because of the FS opening up next year..... looks like the FS will be a stunning property!! I am looking forward to my stay at the Pen in December of this year too.....

Couple of suggestions in HKG:
- Felix restaurant at Pen - beautiful view of the harbor with great food and atmosphere.
- Day trip to Shen Zhen.
