I mean, it looks to me like OP was trying to price a ticket less than 30 minutes before departure (if my math is right...). Not sure of DL's policy, but often online purchases require 2 hours and at the airport the ticketing (and check-in) deadline is 30 minutes. So this may just be a bogus fare that wouldn't process through. But yes, you're right it would be a complete reprice of the itinerary (plus the change fee!).
