driving from Pristina, Kosovo to Nis, Serbia
Is it true that US citizens with US passports cannot cross from Kosovo into Serbia?

So if I drive from Pristina, Kosovo to Nis, Serbia, I will have to drive from Pristina, Kosovo to Skopje, Macedonia, then up to Nis, Serbia? I hope that is not the case.
