Fine have apparently increased
Speaking of $11,000 fines, has anyone noticed that the Blog has a new statement regarding fines:

TSA may impose civil penalties of up to $13,066 per violation per person for prohibited items violations and violations of other TSA regulations.
The old wording was:

Travelers bringing firearms to the checkpoint can be arrested and fined up to $11,000.
Have the fines themselves increased or is TSA now tacking on other financial charges to in effect increase the fines?
