I'd avoid Uber for cost but also comfort. 4 people in a car that won't want to make stops which kids and adults may need.
Trains may be the most comfortable but probably require more time and/or connections to get where you want.
Buses are generally cheaper and in this case offer various options that don't involve many stops.
