To be fair he bwiadca only mentioned this particular customer. FWIW, I have heard from someone who went on an official trip to the Gulf that there were questions from the host on the types of hotels the delegation was staying at. All 5-star hotels aren't equal...

It's a very interesting report from a place I can't see myself visiting anytime soon.
