Some other companies like Hertz too. Just follow the link and book the hotel. IHG is not publically introduce the promotion. I only first heard about it from a Hertz marketing email few years back. So I guess the partner (like Hertz or MasterCard) is responsible to promote the rate rather than IHG itself.
