Yes, it is clearly stated in the WT/P standards document that the SCCM in that cabin should identify status customers to the crew and the appropriate number of meals should be set aside to offer a choice. Generally, it is a lot easier as on most occasions there are relatively few Golds in WT (but every day is different !)
