My experience is that when you raise a claim on Iberia, they will deny it with a form letter which gives no actual reply to your actual claim. I have now had two rounds of this and of course IB has so far refused to pay anything. I will likely contact one of the claim agencies to get them to assist. Needless to say IB has obtained a least-preferred airline status in my travel planning.
