I know there are a ton of AM deals out there and I'm not a SkyTeam flyer but I saw the coach fare for this route on TheFlightDeal and then promptly checked the business fare. At $588 in (I) I believe you get the 40% EQD ($1672) making the return comparable to these Asia deals but with much less commitment to travel. Lastly you can get the 787 both ways. Availability appears limited to April, didn't check the fare rules as I'm not booking but maybe someone will.
