AI will check your lugage thru till PHX and probably even issue all boarding passes. In DEL you will have a boarding pass with a big T printed on it and can proceed directly to AI 24 after a security screening. In BOM you need to contact AC at the transfer desk immediately after deplaning. They will take your luggage tags and issue you a fresh boarding pass.
