After many years of Silver I attained Gold two weeks ago after a Venetian lunch to get the magic missing 5 points and thank you for the well received advise.
Last year my Silver card mysteriously got extended for two years, possibly as we were in Canada when BA had it's IT melt down and due to fly back the following day but not affected so I just remain grateful. My Gold new app says card expiry is 2019 so without hitting the 1500TP is that a certain silver 'till that date or keep Gold to that date?
Or am I wishful thinking!
