And this is yet another time that ATC gets blamed for Airline mistakes.....

ROU1836 PHX-YYZ posting a slight delay..... of course due to the inbound being late on the gate.... due to them going to the wrong side of the pier.... but here is the current delay remarks

RMKS/FLT DLYD WAITING FOR INB ACFT DUE TO ATC HOLD ON ARRIVAL

Seriously???? ATC doesn't control the ramp/apron.... we control taxiways and runways.
