The little paper schedules should show the stops for each separate train on each line as well, as will the LIRR web page and the app. I think on the latter two you can put in a time and a trip, Penn to Jamaica, and it will tell you what the next trains going there are and when they leave. Although we live on the Port Washington line so we never have to go through Jamaica, where all LIRR trains go to have switching problems.
