If anyone has used an Explorist Club upgrade cert while booking a standard room, and has not been placed on a Club Floor, it would be great to know which properties do this. Because of the way the rules are written, Hyatt properties could scale up or back the way they handle this. YMMV

GH Hongkong 2 nights on cash and points.

I ended up cancelling GH Hong Kong, but all other four stays were simply that. Club access and no upgrade to club rooms.
