Need advice.
Wife just got denied for the
Personal Signature.
"
Alaska Airlines Platinum Plus Visa Card. Ms. Scuba, your application is in review" and gave a status: pending and a reference #. Looked up the reference number immediately and it said she was denied, and they are mailing reason via postal mail. Odd that it said it was for Alaska Airlines PLAT card - I used the link in the wiki for the 30k +$100 credit offer.
Here are her app dates:
07/17/16 Personal (canceled 3/21/17)
02/01/17 Business (canceled 5/21/17)
04/25/17 Personal (canceled 12/7/17)
08/02/17 Business (limit reduced from 10k to 2k two days ago)
#1 : Did we violate the anti-churn rules?
#2 . What do I do now - call in for recon? If so, what do we expect?
Side note: I don't think there was a hard pull. Credit sesame usually sends an alert immediately (i think), and there is no alert in there 3 hours after application.
Income is in 6 figures, credit score is well above 800.
Obviously, if calling in for recon, we need to do it soon (today) so any help is appreciated.
