Oh my gosh. I've just been going through things and I think you're right! I've been re-reading the rules that I've been quoting to the IHG staff -- "...upon completion of the second qualified hotel stay..."
Yup. The Indigo was it. And that's $75.
My lord, that makes their answers even more irrelevant! If they would have told me that -- that my assumption was wrong -- rather than the silly "the 13 January 2018 was billed to your company and posted as non qualifying" part -- I could have written back and apologized for my confusion!
