Are you sure you want to rent rather than buy your hotspot device? The one I bought recently seems to be the same one used in your first two links: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BHT39ZK/

Once you have the hotspot, it should be a pretty quick stop at the airport to pick up a tourist SIM card. Depending on the length of your trip, you will probably end up ahead after your first or second trip.
