You should expect to earn 90 on BOS-LHR, and 20 each way on LHR-MAD, so that should get you to 220.

So, where's the other 40 coming from? I suspect MAD-TLV is coming up as Short-haul Y only (20 TP each way), though technically according to the rules you should earn *nothing* to BAEC for those segments, as it's an OW partner prefix on non-OW metal.
