Recently rented a full size at DEN. Prior to booking I was told by Avis twitter support that "Policy states Complimentary two car-group upgrades when reserving an intermediate car or higher at participating locations" for President's Club members. And yes I understand it's also only when available. On arrival I was not upgraded. Maybe there were no upgrades available? We'll that's not the case. There were upgrades available, but I would have to pay $15 for a single class upgrade to premium and more for a double upgrade to luxury. What happened to Complimentary two car-group upgrades when available? I assume its available if I have the option to pay for the upgrade instead.
